Competition Terms and Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refer to Wonde (Pty) Limited in South Africa Registered number: 2024/018756/07. Registered office: Unit 2A Quantico House, Loerie Park, Durbanville, Western cape, 7550.

Eligibility 

  • The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
  • The prize draw is open to South African residents aged 18 years.
  • Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw are prohibited from entering the competition. 
  • Entries must be received by 23:59 (GMT) on 16 May 2024.
  • Only one entry is permitted per individual. 
  • Valid entries must be made via the supplied Google Form, entries made via any other medium will be invalid. 
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. 
  • The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to any individual in breach of these terms and conditions.

The draw

  • To enter fill in your details as directed via the supplied Google Form entitled ‘Schoolscape ONE follow-up survey’.
  • All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw which will take place on 20 May 2024.
  • Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry
  • A winner will be selected at random and notified via email on 20 May 2024. 
  •  The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within 7 days of being chosen to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner per the process described above.
  • The prize will be sent to the winner within 14 days of responding to the Promoter.
  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 
  • The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  • By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition in accordance with our Privacy notice.
  • The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  • The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to Wonde Limited, Furlong House, 2 Kings Court, Newmarket, Suffolk, England, CB8 7SG (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date set out above. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

The Prize

  • The prize is one TAKEALOT Gift Voucher – R1,000 provided by Takealot Online (RF) (Proprietary) Limited.
  • Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent.
  • Takealot Online (RF) (Proprietary) Limited imposes its own terms and conditions (‘Vouchers & Coupons T&Cs) which can be found here. By entering the prize draw, individuals confirm their acceptance of the Vouchers & Coupons T&Cs .
  • The Promoter is in no way affiliated with Takealot Online (RF) (Proprietary) Limited.
  • All our prize draws and competitions will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on the website.
