VPass replaces the paper sign-in book with a tablet/kiosk system. It ensures that every visitor, parent, or contractor verifies their identity, acknowledges WHS/emergency procedures, and confirms their Working With Children Check (Compliance) upon entry. The system provides a real-time, accurate evacuation roll and maintains an auditable log of site traffic.
