Encapture is an innovative NCCD and case management solution which centralises and formalises processes to manage, monitor, and track students at Australian schools who live with disabilities. It merges the curation of individual learning plans into NCCD capture processes, using the proposed adjustments set by a Learning Support teacher as a templating engine for other staff members to capture their evidence. Sitting above this data capture are analytic tools which are bespoke to the NCCD and which clarify where students current sit in terms of their viability for inclusion based on their evidence count and types.
