Booked (formerly PTO)

Booked streamlines the historically chaotic process of scheduling complex school appointments. In a matter of seconds, parents can make, change, or cancel bookings, up until the school's cut-off time. 

Teachers can make booking recommendations, set their available times, and record attendance of parents.

Booked has provision for both in-person and video meetings (like Google Meet/Microsoft Teams) for many different types of events, such as:
- parent-teacher interviews/parents evenings
- student-led conferences
- subject selection meetings
- uniform shop fittings
- enrolment interviews
