Changed MIS or Server?
If you have recently changed your MIS provider or have a new server machine, it is important to let us know. We will need to reinstate the connection in order to keep your applications up to date.

Missing or old information in your app?
If you’re finding that information in your application(s) is old or missing, please check that your MIS server machine is switched on and is connected to the internet.

Changed internet provider?
It is important to let Wonde know if you have or are in the process of changing your internet provider.
In order for our connection with your MIS to work, we rely on a certain code called an IP address to match up with your internet provider. If this changes without us knowing, we may still be using the old one!

Update contact details
If your schools contact details change, we’d love to be in the know. Perhaps your Wonde admin account holder needs updating or you’ve changed your 3rd party IT Support, we’d love to hear from you!
